Capital Campaign

Even through the pandemic emergency,

we have continued to work remotely toward the goal of establishing our residential neighborhood in Hardeeville as part of the East Argent development.

We are working with Thomas&Hutton, Foley Design, and our consultant Jim Whittaker, executive director of Arc Jacksonville, as we refine and execute our plan. We continue to get ideas and opinions from the many stakeholders in this monumental project.

We are developing a capital campaign to fund the project. We need our first million of the $14 million project to put shovels in the ground. You can make a donation to our project via our campaign fund page on the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry’s website.
