Tom joined the Osprey Village Board with invaluable skills and experience. After earning a science degree and a law degree from the University of Miami, he practiced law and later transitioned to a successful real estate career. As the Broker-in-Charge at Charter One Realty and the father of a child with a developmental disability, Tom brings motivation, passion, and insight to OVI.

Matt is the Managing Group Director and Senior Vice President for Flagstar Bank, N.A.'s Healthcare Finance Division, managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio for healthcare providers and specialty care areas across the U.S. Over his 25-year career in Commercial Banking, he has built four successful de-novo lines of business, leading sales efforts, setting risk management guidelines, and hiring specialized healthcare bankers. Matt began his career with M&T Bank, held senior roles at KeyBank, First Niagara Bank, and People’s United Bank, and joined Signature Bank, which was acquired by Flagstar Bank in 2023. He holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and has served on various boards. Matt lives in Hilton Head, SC, with his family.

John is an attorney who has focused his practice on Estate Planning and Probate Administration law since 1998. He is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Administration. A Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), John advises individuals and business owners about estate and wealth transfer planning, tax, probate, and business planning issues. John practiced in Richmond, Virginia and in Alexandria, Virginia before returning to South Carolina in the fall of 2000 and is licensed in both South Carolina and Virginia. He has called Hilton Head Island home since 2005. Outside of the office, John a golfer, hunter, private pilot, parish volunteer, and active dad to four even busier children.

Natasha has 16 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on securing her clients' financial futures. With a diverse background in America and Europe, she is fluent in English and Russian. Natasha holds a BBA from Ural State Technical University and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina. She is licensed in life, accident, and health insurance and is FINRA-registered with Series 7 & 66 as a fiduciary and investment adviser.

Ed graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, playing football and rugby. He spent ten years in commercial real estate in New York City before switching to finance in 1993, joining JP Morgan Securities as a fixed income salesman. Over the past twenty-five years, Ed has specialized in high yield and distressed securities, and currently works for Robert W. Baird & Company. Ed has three sons: Eric and Brian, who live and work in the New York area, and Michael, a special needs young adult. Passionate about the special needs community, Ed moved to Hilton Head in 2017 to help develop Osprey Village.

Bill is the founding principal of HighGrove Partners, a company offering design, construction, and maintenance services for the commercial real estate industry. With over 40 years of experience, he has focused on design and planning for residential and commercial projects. Before HighGrove, Bill was an executive vice president at Post Properties for 12 years, directing Post Landscape Group. He also served as Director of Land Planning at Thompson Hancock Witte & Associates and worked at John Portman & Associates and J. Turner & Associates. His clients include Cousins Properties, Forestar Group, Arvida, ITC Holdings, Post Properties, Chick-fil-A, and many others.

Jeff Norkus joined Osprey Village as a Board Member in 2010 and served as Treasurer for six years. His professional experience at the IBM Corporation included 30 years in financial and strategic planning assignments. He was educated at the University of Notre Dame and the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Susan has been involved with Osprey Village since its inception in 2008. As a mother of a developmentally disabled daughter, she recognized the need for residential housing for developmentally disabled adults in southern Beaufort County. As a founder and active board member, Susan aims to turn Osprey Village into a tangible housing solution for the Hilton Head/Bluffton community. Before raising her five children, Susan taught Elementary Education in Pittsburgh and later resumed teaching in Fairfax County, Virginia, where she earned the “Teacher of the Year Award” and mentored student teachers. She also taught Pre-School at the First Presbyterian Day School of HHI for 12 years, applying the Reggio Emilia approach she studied in Italy. Susan is committed to advocating for those who cannot speak for themselves, finding great fulfillment in her work with Osprey Village.
