Dave has over 30 years of land development construction and European financing experience.  He also remains active in several family businesses.  Nearly a decade ago he began to apply his vast business experience to managing special needs businesses in SC.  Most recently he was named COO of Osprey Village. He has actively served The Town of Hilton Head as a past member of the Zoning Board of Appeals and a named member of the Steering Committee, committed to the 20-year future planning for Hilton Head Island.   

He’s an Eagle Scout and has enjoyed being a volunteer football coach for over a decade at the high school level. He is also a 1982 graduate of Ithaca College with a BS in Business.
