Mr. Lincicome is the founding principal of HighGrove Partners. HighGrove is a multi- disciplined company offering an array of design, construction and maintenance services for the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Lincicome’s career has focused on design and planning for the commercial real estate development industry. He has over 40 years of experience in designing and managing residential community development and commercial projects.

Prior to forming HighGrove, Bill was an executive vice president for Post Properties for 12 years and directed Post Landscape Group, a service company of Post Properties providing landscape architecture, design-build, installation, and maintenance services.

Before joining Post Properties, Bill was Director of Land Planning at Thompson Hancock Witte & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia (1981 – 1989). Prior to that he was employed at John Portman & Associates in Atlanta (1978 – 1981) and J. Turner & Associates in Raleigh, North Carolina (1973 – 1975).
