Housing options include villas designed in a charming Southern cottage style. Phase 2 will offer apartments and assisted living accommodations, ensuring lifelong care as residents' needs evolve.

At Osprey Village, you'll find a variety of housing options to suit different needs. In phase 1, we offer one-bedroom and spacious two-bedroom villas. In phase 2, you can choose from charming condos and comfortable apartments. All our homes feature authentic Southern architectural design, making Osprey Village a warm and welcoming place to live. Our community model is also founded on a strong financial plan to ensure community longevity. Construction to begin early 2025.
