Kenny was the Quarterback of the NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals from 1971-1986.

After his retirement in 1986, Mr. Anderson worked as a sportscaster for WCRC radio and television for 6 years.

In 1993 he went into coaching as the Quarterbacks coach for the Cincinnati Bengals for 10 years, the last 3 years as Offensive Coordinator.

In 2003 he became the Quarterbacks coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars. In 2004 he served as Receivers coach before going back to Quarterbacks coach for the 2005-06 seasons.

In 2007 he became the Quarterbacks coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers for 3 seasons, winning a Super Bowl in the 2008 season.

He retired from coaching in 2010 and moved to Hilton Head Island full time. Mr. Anderson joined the Board of Directors of Osprey Village in January 2014 due to his commitment to providing excellent residential services for adults with autism like his nephew in Ohio.
